      Harbor Cove Caf is a local independent restaurant serving breakfast and Lunch at the beach. We offer top quality food at a reasonable price in a casual Dockside setting that can't be matched in all of Ventura County. Our Business Under the ownership of Captain Ron Willis since July, 2005, we strive to provide a laid back classic california beach style dining experience. We are accross the street from Harbor Cove Beach and next door to the Channel Islands National Park Vistor's Center and Museum ( free admission ), so we are family friendly. We have outdoor patio and picnic table seating in a grassy area just steps from the water and boat docks. We are dog friendly, so bring fido too. Come check us out. Our food is great, the portions are generous and the prices reasonable. You'll be glad you did. Complete lunch boxes for island boat excursions to the Channel Islands. Great for picnic lunches at the beach too. Our customers say our char grilled 1/3 lb. 100% black angus beef burgers are the best burgers in town
