Went inside to order to go since the drive thru line was long. Wrong move. We waited over 15 minutes for three meals. When I went up to the counter the man behind in the kitchen was rude when I questioned why so long. Told me there were many ahead of me. Wrong. Only 1 person ahead of me inside. I guess drive through people are more important. Service has always been an issue there

I was overcharged and they wouldn't fix it. Their accents suddenly changed and I was summarily dismissed. You must watch them and if the total doesn't seem quite right, solve it before you give them your card. There is no correcting it later. They'll have your money.

The commercial made my stomach growl and mouth water for Captain D's.... We arrived at the closest one and the parking lot was full as well as the drive-thru... It was the smallest lot and store I've seen from this chain. Walked in and a timid girl asked for our order and seemed annoyed when I didn't speak up fast nor loud enough. When we gave our entre a short "what sides?" were the reply. Then "any drink?" then "size? We ordered and sat at the cleanest of every dirty table in the place... The food taste? I'll let ya know
