My Samsung washer would not drain. My insurance company sent me Appliance Doctor. On October 7, 2015 Mr. Vautrin told me it was the computer board. He said it would take 5 days to get a new one if he didn't have one in stock. It has been 3 weeks exactly and nothing. I have called his cell and office phone numerous times beginning a week after the part was to be in. I left messages to call me and give me a status update, I have not received ZERO return calls.

Started calling the insurance company that uses his services. They call him and he answers, tells them he will call me in an hour when he gets back to the office-he doesn't. We can go online and order the part and have in 48 hours, what is the hold up.

This is unacceptable and it's unprofessional to not return a customers phone call. I don't think I was asking much.

I too wish I would have checked their reviews but I trusted the company was good since the insurance company contracted him.

Do not use this company, the below reviews are correct!!!! Our next step will be the BBB and lawyer.

Oh wait, just found out from Authorizations he never ordered parts, he couldn't find them. It took 3 weeks to figure this out.

The electronic motherboard fizzled out on my Kenmore washer. I called Appliance Doctor-tech said it would take a couple of days to get the part in...ok...after several calls from me asking where the heck the part is and TWO WEEKS LATER, he installed the "new" motherboard. Without testing the washer, he told me to run it through a couple of cycles and let him know if it wasn't working. Sure enough, first cycle the dang maching was buzzing and whistling. I called and he said the new motherboard was probably bad. WHAT? He would have to order another one. Two more weeks have gone by, several phone calls have gone unanswered and I'm out $200. I suspect that the "new" motherboard was a refurbished part and he knew damn well that my washer was not going to work. These rip offs need to be shut down! I have Sears coming today-I should have called them first!

They are a fraudulent company and steal money do not use them

This whole experience has been awful.We had them come out and they diagnosed our problem with our dishwasher and told us a part was broken.They ordered the piece and now it is three weeks later and no part and no help from the office.I believe they have ripped me off.Do not use appliance doctor.The worst customer service. Beware.

hands down the best appliance service in hampton roads... i recomend this company... i called them on saturday and got done within the hour.

My husband is on deployment in iraq and guess what my refridgerator breaks.I called the Appliance Doctor and they responded promptly and corrected the problem that day. Being a woman with my husband away i was relieved when I seen a lady technician show up at the door. Thankyou Appliance Doctor and to all the ladys out there that need service call them and ask for the lady technician which is also the service manager.

after 4 weeks on waiting on them to fix our appliance we gave up on them, which was not soon enough.

They've never showed up on time, canceled appointments and were not competent enough to figure out the problem.

Now they are refusing to refund our money. Terrible customer service, bordering on fraud. Stay away!!!
