Thanks for the reviews everyone. I almost hired Kevin to do a job for me. I'm glad I ran across this site first. I'm sure it saved me some $ and headaches.

SCAMMERS CHEAT INCOMPETENT had this man come to my house to fix a wine fridge he charged me $140 and added freon.. It worked for 1 day and then no more .. Have a new repairman here and he tapped the intake instead of the piercing valve which is now costing me a ton of money. He would not come back and fix it either .

SCAMMERS!!! Company also goes by Thrifty Electrical. If only we had seen the other reviews before trusting the honesty of this "company." The scenario is identical to all the other reviews: After coming the first time and leaving with his service call fee and your deposit for the part(s) you supposedly need, you do not see him again. BUYER BEWARE!



If there was a way to give a negative star in this review, we would have chosen that option!

SCAM!! He came to our home for diagnosis, we paid him to order the part for the washing machine, and he would never come for appointments to repair the appliance. We asked him to just give us the part but he just kept promising with no follow through. Hope this posting saves someone from this jerk!

This Kevin Waltman is a complete scammer and the most unprofessional repair man I have dealt with in all my years! He seems to change the business name all the time as well as his phone numbers and advertises on craigslist extensively! Beware of this guy... I feel sorry for the people that he employs as I know they just need a job and are embarrassed by their bosses lack of professionalism! It took me well over a week to get a repair done on my washing machine. He would cancel visits and not return phone calls and show up hours late always with the excuses after promising me that he would show up at a specific time and not be there... When he finally did get the repair completed it was something that needed to dry overnight before it could be tested. Well the next day the washing machine made an extremely loud screeching noise during the spin cycle and I called him a few times but he did not respond. I even left him recordings of the sound on his telephone. When I finally did reach him by calling from a different number so he did not recognize my caller ID , he had the gall to tell me that I was impossible to work with and I could never be pleased no matter what so no he was not going to honor my 30 day warranty by repairing whatever this crap was he did to my washing machine! He ripped me off for about $150 ! I texted him and told him I was going to contact the Better Business Bureau but he still never responded back! Avoid this guy and this phone number at all costs... Kevin Waltman and his sidekick, Ronnie, are scammers. I signed a contract for a major upgrade and gave him a significant deposit. Once he got the deposit, he never showed up again. He told me he was coming every day for 8 days, but never showed up. Sometimes he gave me a reason, sometimes not. I finally informed him tat I was terminating the contract with him and he was fired from the job. He stated that he agreed because the job was too much for him to do. I gave him 14 days to return the deposit. It has been over 21 days now and I haven't receive the deposit nor is he responding to my attempts to contact him. He is a thief and a scam artist. He claims to be a VA Tradesman and licensed contractor; he is not. Be wary and find someone else no matter how cheap you think Kevin is - you will lose your money.

Do not use this SCAM ARTIST!! He just scammed me out of $75.00 after first being over two hours late for the diagnostic appointment, and was unresponsive when it was time to do the actual repair. He had me to pay for a part that he already had in stock on his truck ahead of time and referred to it as a "special order part" and charged me an extra $20.00 over the listed price ( I told him that it was cheaper on line and he became irate). After reluctantly paying for an over-priced oven part and scheduling a repair appointment with him for today 3:00 p.m. - 5:00 p.m. service call time, he (KEVIN), never showed up or called or texted! I had to call him about 5 times to see where he was and I left voicemail messages. Kevin never returned my call, nor sent a text as to his whereabouts. I started to get a bad feeling about him and felt as if I was scammed out of paying him up front. When 6:15 p.m. rolled around with no phone call, or text from him as to his whereabouts, I sent him a text and left him a voicemail stating that since he was very unprofessional and non-responsive, I no longer needed his services and wanted my $45.00 dollars back that I paid him up front or I was going to call the police. I even tried getting my husband involved to talk to him. He laughed and screamed at both of us and said that he was not refunding our money and that it was not a criminal matter so it was nothing we could do. He finally hung up the phone in my face. HOW UNPROFESSIONAL?!! I will be calling 10 on your side about this scam artist since he think it is okay to scam a person out of their hard earned cash. ** As a matter of fact, why would he ask for money up front to order a part that was already on his truck that he brought with him the night of the diagnostic appointment? He never needed to order a part because he said that he could of did the repair that same night had I agreed. This is why I know that he is a SCAMMER!!
