In the spring of 2010, we needed to replace our downstairs HVAC. I undertook extensive market research and solicited bids from seven local vendors for a SEER16 or greater unit. Bayside HVAC not only provided the best product offer for the price, but did an outstanding job on the installation. Thus, it was logical that we returned to Bayside HVAC to replace our upstairs unit this fall including our existing ductwork in the attic. The old ductwork was leaky, poorly insulated fiberglass-lined hard ducts with R4.2 flexible feed tubes running all over our attic floor. The new ductwork is metal with external R10 insulation and mounted to the rafters with R8 flexible feed ducts connecting down to the second-floor vents on the perimeter of the attic. The result is clean and efficient. We were very pleased with Bayside HVAC for their attention to detail, reliable work schedule, professional implementation and finished product. We would highly recommend them to anyone.

Buyer Beware, I contracted with this company to install a 16 seer A/C-Furnace that would qualify for federal and state tax credit/rebate...they installed a 14 seer system that didn't qualify for either. It took me 2 months and lawyer threats to finally reach a resolution. Worst experience I have ever had as a home owner and I have had 4 homes. I gave this one star only because I have to in order to write this review.
