They have always had what I was looking for even when I didn't know what I was looking for. Very friendly, knowledgeable, and if you call ahead they will even pull aside your order to have it ready for you if you are in a rush. But, I highly recommend not being in a rush because the store is *FUN* to browse. It's small compared to the giants that but Meg Ryan's character out of business, but if it's not in stock, they'll get it for you! Don't feed the monster. Stop by this lovely book store where, if you are like me, you will enjoy the smell of books instead of the smell of over-flavored coffees.

I love this store! They are always very helpful and try to find you the best price in stock! They are eager to aid students by ordering the reading list books to have in stock for the class, every teacher should have them as their resource!

This is definitely Virginia Beach's best kept secret. No loud coffee machines or UN-knowledgeable employees here. Just a little book shop with a huge selection. They have everything from new releases, to novels, cook books, and a huge used selection. Located conveniently in the Kempsville area! This store is packed with tons of books and if you can not find something you are looking for they will order it for you. Also all the books are at least 10% off the publishers price. No one paying the "manufactures suggested price" There used novels are even 50% off. What a deal! I only wish i had found them sooner.
