This place is not worth going. I felt very I welcomed from the moment we walked in there. The older lady that works there is extremely rude. She was short with her answers and not very friendly with kids. We asked to see a certain dress but in a different color and she went to the back and brought us one that was in a clear bag. My sister tryed touching it an she rudely backed up and didn't let us touch it. I do not recommend this place to any one.

I went into Brides n maidens in search of a prom dress. I was immediately greeted when I walked into the store and asked what I was looking for. I was then showed the rack of prom dresses and chose a couple to try on. The lady who helped me was very honest about how each dress looked on me. After going to other bridal boutiques I decided that Brides n maidens was definitely the most customer friendly. Needless to say; I walked out of the store with my senior prom dress an hour later. They also make any alterations for a small fee and have payment plans for those in need.

Brides 'n Maidens has been in business for over 30 years that I have known. My mom bought her wedding gown there and I bout my first formal gown there and now I am marrying the man that took me to my first dance. I when wedding dress shopping last night and had a great experience. The owners are slightly introverted as well as the sales girls. I understand to an uneducated person this can be taken as rude. (response to negative post) I liked 3 out of 5 dresses that were chosen for me. The female owner did a great job meeting my needs and answering my questions. this is the 5th place i've tried on gowns and I believe I will be saying "YES TO THE DRESS SOON" I highly recommend trying this small showroom out.

Everytime I have called or gone into the store I have recieved poor customer service. I felt like they were judging me by how much money I was going to spend, when they never asked. They were very short and just made me feel not important on a big day for me. It was my first day shopping for a wedding dress and they just brushed me off.
