      El Rosal has 2 locations in Visalia and the one on Nobel Ave near KMart is our favorite. Not only is the food delicious but the interior is bright with a cosy authentic Mexican feel. I love the wonderful warm chips, delicious enchiladas, tacos, tamalies and chili renos. You wont be disappointed. My friends and family think that this is the best Mexican food in town! I can't wait to go back. Yum! Weezie
