They are a great company. The owner listened to my situation and actually cared and helped me in a way no other person could. He actually listened to my problem that had nothing to do with his business and gave me a contact that ended up helping me turn my life around and he received no money from me for that. Great company! People need to think about why their car is in their possession! It wasn't their fault the police towed my car. I will be using them for all of my automotive needs! Thank you for the great and compassionate service!!

Best Tow ive recieved in years. I have a lowered honda that always break down and this is the one company that didnt damage anything. Price wasnt to bad but the fact is with no damage done, ill be using them again and again.

Do not use this company! They talked us into having our car towed on a Saturday to a body shop next door to them and our tow cost went from $65 quoted on phone to $305 two days later when we went to pick up car. They charged us $150 for initial tow, $90 for three days storage and $70 to move it on Monday (two days later) two doors down to body shop . We couldn't get our car without paying since we live in North Carolina they knew they could hold us up for the money. Apperantly R&R towing an Tom's body shop have an agreement to bilk customers.
