gathered 2 side to a story. In 2014 I was a patient at Davita San Marcos. Jill RN supervisoor DP had me on PD on Tuesday and Thursday's and Monday, Wednesday and Friday on hemp dialysis. Felt weak, nausea,difficult walking. I informed my doctor ( Dr. Harper) she said you cannot be doing PD and Hemo dialysis. Jill and hemp refused to listen to my doctors orders. This continued for a while. Roger LV would challenge me last hour of treatment. In January 2015 my son bought me a taser for my protection cause I left my home at 4 am and there were drug suppliers in my neighborhood. Yolanda, RogerLVN, Brigida LVN , Jessica dialysis tech and Jill RN from PD of Davita dialysis knew of my taser. Brigida LVN and Jessica dialysis tech ask me where they could buy a taser, because they come to work early and lighting in parking lot of Davita was bad. Later on Mat became I had a taser. Mat wait till Mach of 2015 to call police on me. I was kick out of Davita. Became a patient at US renal Chula Vista, Ca on 5/2015. When I started US renal care had prior employee. Monica RN,Ian RN,Jorge RN,Adan Dialysis tech,Mirta dialysis tech and Dilalah dialysis tech. All of the prior employee's left US renal care. So after the dietian and social worker left employment at US renal care as wellBefore Joyce leaving she gave me a good letter of recommendation. I never had problem with prir staff. For 4 months patients at Us renal were left with no social worker or dietian. Patient did not receive lab results for 4 months. Than Olive RN superivior, Mary RN,RJ RN,Bell RN per diem. Never read patient chart I could not here them. They thought I was ignoring them. Mary,RJ, Bell, pick things from floor and trash it, they never was their hands, there a lot cross contamination. Mary begin dialysis on me but in between she does 9 different thing cause cross contamination. I was switch to Reggy RN shift Naomi RN or Reggy begin my treat. They all supply ready to go at my chairside do not leave until am connect to dialysis machine. Carlos tech chart my weight while my standing BP is be taken, he take my sitting BP proceeds to chart my BP while a nurse start connecting my vas cath to dialysis. When treatment is done Carlos tech take my last sitting BP, fold my blankets, gives my shoes and I stand up for Standing BP, nurse comes to remove vas cath from machine, in the mean time Carlos dismantle dialysis and sterilize machine. Than Carlos take my final weight while the nurse goes and does more important RN fiction. Than Carlos goes and charts my BP's and final weight. The nurse's and tech I have seen wash their hands. Mary put me on dialysis sometime does not take my vitals, Mary take my weight, BP's, fold my blankets,give my shoe and take my final BP's and weight and goes to chart 1by one. She cannot multi task. For this reason Buena Creek will not accept me as a patient. Remember there 2 side to a story. Health care people lie too!!
