OUR kitchen is "certified green". That means ALL of OUR organic waste is composted AT local north county farms. ALL of OUR plastic. Metal and glass waste is recycled. And ALL of OUR OIL waste is collected by "buster BIO-FUEL" WHO transforms it into a fuel that is donated to local school districts for their buses.
