      Dr Patel is an excellent physician and most of his staff are equally delightful. The only negative aspect of my visit was my interaction with his office manager, Carmen Luca. She was extremely rude, unpleasant and completely unprofessional. Her behavior is a serious detriment to an otherwise wonderful practice.If she was no longer employed at this facility I would definitely give this office a five star rating.
