As a former patient I would NEVER recommend this office to anyone. The doctor is only interested in collecting her fees and makes the entire process so convoluted that you don't even know what questions to ask. She keeps "bankers" hours for most procedures and discussions so it being a 2-3 month process you are forced to take quite a bit of time off for appointments. My husband and I scheduled our 1st sit down with her and both had to leave work an hour early only to get there and wait for 2 and a half hours PAST our app to finally see her. Were were told by a nurse that she had been over an hour behind for every appt since noon! Needless to say we were upset and she basically said that everyone is entitled to have all their questions answered. OK but did it ever occur to you to have someone notify your other patients who deserve the courtesy of a phone call to have the option of rescheduling instead of being held hostage.This is a very emotional experience. Do yourself a favor and find a doctor who actually cares about YOU.
