being new to the area, I brought my vehicle to Balise for service. I made an appointment for 8:00AM. The shuttle was supposed to meet me there for 8:00 and didn't show up until 8:40. I was late for work. Then, My car which had been stting there since 8am, was not started until 2:30. I am now stuck without a ride from work, and my vhicle still is not done. No apologies, No rentals, nothing but attitude.
