I would give them 0 stars if i could...rude workers felt I was a bother when I came into talk about wedding flowers had an appointment they left me with a few books at the counter and walked away came back about 20 mins later and said so what ones would you like to order..no what are your maids wearing..do you have a theme..nothing Just what ones do you want..told him I sorry nothing in the book meet my likes or wants, no other suggestions were made..so I just left..

I recieved a beautiful bouquet during my hospital stay, and I must say the flowers lasted 2 - 3 weeks. This is the only shop I will call for my flowers.

i was in this store last week and waited for 10 mins or more while they ate and was told someone will be with in in a bit and discused who would go wait on me than the clerk had an attitude that i was bothering him. that will be my last visit in this store! i would give 0 stars

let me start by saying I don't gripe unless its due they did my grandmothers funeral the girl who waited on us when they finnally came up from the back was not very nice did not make any suguestion or ask many questions aboutcolors or stuff.. she just handed us this book with HIGH prices and said pick from these things we asked if there was anythis slight less pricey she said well its short notice(really like we planned this) that the flowers cost alot more..so we went with 3 item very expensivel and when we got to the funeral home 2 days later they were HORIBBLE! nothing like we picked if they couldn't do what we wanted they should have said so.. my uncle went to a shop near them and they did a beautiful job and when he told us how reasonable it was I was very upset...we called after the funeral and was informed if we didn't like them we should have called from the funeral home and may they could have done something but it was to late now...really call from the wake

I used to use them until this year...they left my delivery outside in the cold and they froze thanks so much when we called they said they left them in a warm spot and would not send out a new one but if i brought it back they would redo it...only problem I live out of state so they kept my money And my grandmother kept the frozen DEAD flowers.. I give them NO Stars but they make you do at least one..

Greenwood flowers has the best flowers and their roses are beautiful. Excellent staff and great assortment of all flowers. They were very sympathetic and helpful when we went there for funeral flowers when they were referred to us from a local funeral home
