I settled with Mr. Brazil this morning. Although i wish i could have gotten more money as we all do lol I know he did as much as he could giving my circumstances. My case was denied with my first attorney and no one else would even touch it. I was able to speak directly with Mr. Brazil and agreed to try to help me. He made it perfectly clear that he would try, but couldn't promise anything. 6 months later and now i have settled and I am so appreciative of him for giving my situation a chance.

As an older woman I'm a creature of habit so trust me when I say Harold is an awesome attorney. I love him he's wrapping up my 4th case with him now. I always bring my cases back to him and his paralegal Linda. They are the best.

The young ladies that work with him we're always so pleasant and helpful. They always answered my questions and when I settled Monday I walked away with a nice amount of money. So that you Mr. Harold

I am not sure of their actual abilities to represent clients; however, their ability to communicate and follow-up with clients in a timely manner is horrible. I attempted to contact them at least 10 times and of those times only one call was answered. They did not return a single voicemail. My insurance company sent a check to their office for my deductible and they would not give me a clear answer on how to retrieve the check. Maybe it's busy season for them but as of right now i would not advise anyone to procure their services.

I love this firm, been using Brazil since 2012.

Attorney Brazil and his staff were great to work with. They were aware of my file when I called to ask. I would also get a return call or e-mail if they were not available when I called. I would recommend them to everyone.

The Staff is amazing. It was a little irritating at first that I would call and the lines would be tied up, but after they explained it it made perfect sense. Of corse the lines would be tied with every client calling in and them calling out. They only have 2 lines but they always returned my call which put me at ease. If ever in another collision definitely going back.

They are terrible! They don't answer the phone and I've been leaving messages . No one has called me back and I have never even talked to Harold Brazil. It has almost been a year and they claim they still haven't gotten an offer yet . This is the worst lawyer I have ever had. I will never deal with him again . Nor will I recommend him .

Hard to get a hold of. Doesn't keep good contact with me . I've left messages ,when the voice box is not full and theres no one else to talk to me or return my calls or settle the case and close it up. I don't want attorney fees to rise just from keeping the case open. I want it over already.
