Not good customer service.

New Hampshire Pharmacy is much more than a drug store, it is a true pharmacy

I am an elderly person newly diagnosed w/colon cancer. I am now using a colonoscopy bag and am having a hard time receiving my colonoscopy bags. They have asked me for a referral for the past three visits and each time I gave them that. I also had the doctors fax over the orders and take time a way from their sickly patients to call them. This is a major inconvenience for me and my love ones who are diligently making sure I make all of my appointments and are on top on my meds. My condition is worsening and so is the quality of my care through this pharmacy. I never had a problem with this pharmacy until I became stricken with this illness. I understand that they are extremely busy and that they service a wide area but, I am still just as important as the next customer. For these past painful and stressful months, I feel like I am nothing more than a burden. P.S. I am a retired Postal Worker w/adequate retirement and health benefits invested.
