      We are a Physical Therapist owned rehabilitation and sports medicine practice serving the Greater Waterbury Connecticut area. We are located in the Sampino Medical Building, 2nd floor (across from Target): parking and main entrance in the rear lot. We offer comprehensive physical therapy which concentrates on the individual. Built on an unwavering dedication to personalized care. At Peak Physical Therapy, we make sure you receive one-on-one attention from a physical therapist who wants to help you reach your recovery goals. This one-to-one interaction allows you and your therapist to fully individualize your treatment program. Diagnosing your injury / condition is the first step. At Peak Physical Therapy, our experts go beyond diagnosis and treatment. We believe it is critical to identify the predisposing factors and the actual cause in order to get you better quickly and prevent recurrence.
