Good prices. I rented a 12 passenger van for our Boston family vacation. It was clean and price was good, couldn't complain.

I absolutely love this place. I rented my 1st car from Peter Fuller for the first time. As a single mom and having no car, can you imagine the laundry load & Shopping for food. I really appreciate the service that Bob & Jim gave to me, very professional, courteous, simple and if there were more caring professionals such as these guys the world would be a better place. I rented a van last weekend and I thought the service was excellent. Jim and Bob were very helpful and they arranged for seats to be removed at no extra charge. Nice guys and good vans.

Very rude both times I called. The first time refused to answer questions over the phone - wanted me to go online instead. Tried to set up a rental & instead of working with me for a Sunday drop-off, they kept saying 'your getting a great deal & your tying the car up for the weekend.' They charge for an additional day if you want to drop on Sunday! DON'T RENT FROM HERE unless you want to deal with attitude!

Very rude service. My car had been repaired incorrectly by another shop, and I wanted them to look at it and see what it would take to correct. When I took it to other places they were stunned by the shoddy work. Peter Fuller's Auto Body man didn't recognize anything wrong, and kept hectoring me to show him what was wrong. When I showed him that water was coming into the passenger section because it wasn't repaired properly, he said "we don't do water problems." When I tried to show him the problems with the bent radiator, he stood back where he couldn't see the problems. Many parts were misaligned, but he minimized it. He was rude throughout, and finally after telling me he couldn't do anything, he asked me how much I wanted to spend on it. The whole encounter was very, very unpleasant. I would never go back to any Peter Fuller Company as a result of this. This man behind the desk at the auto body repair shop should not be dealing with the public. He's awful, in my opinion.
