Third, an expectation of truth can not be guaranteed when dealing with the owner. Therefor all communications should be in writing and certified by mail.
Forth, It's not worth it PERIOD!!!!

They failed to fix a sewage drain clog and my basement where my bedroom is flooded because of it. They are doing everything in their power to hold me resposible, telling me its my responsibility to move sewage contaminated items out of the basement so they can send a carpet cleaner. Carpet cleaner showed up 4 days after the flood with a personal household carpet cleaner and said she couldn't clean the carpet because of dog hair and she couldn't remove the dog hair because the carpet is still wet. This company proceeded to tell me that I was resposible for removing the dog hair even though their "professional" wasn't able to. Meanwhile, I have been having to sleep on the couch in a house that smells of sewage and mildew.

Negative experience. Very unprofessional and confused company.homes are over priced and not worth asking prices.better of making a home purchase with an actual realtor company since this is a huge joke
Bill Powers is quite rude and hard to work with when problems are present.its a joke his mentioned that he is a good business man.

The worst company to get a house with! They don't maintain and blame you for everything!! Their properties are cheaply repaired ad possibly inhumane. They try to tangle you up constantly to over pay and steal your advance pays and security I would never recommend them they have no clue what their doing not mention secure pay one the worst messengers possible! !!
