As a former mechanic, it was always tough to find a place I trusted with my car. CJ's is the only place I have found that will tell me exactly what needs to be fixed, what should probably be fixed, and what doesn't need to be fixed. They are experienced and know which parts to only get from the manufacturer and which parts have better quality or warranties from 3rd party vendors. They know what they are doing and are not just trying to get the sale, but actually trying to make a lifelong customer. They have made me one of the lifetime customers!

It all depends on how you personally like to be treated. Some auto shops are great in their professionalism and treat you with a mutual respect. This doesn't happen at this location, and if you don't mind being insulted or misled, then go anywhere for your car. One of the main mechanics who works there is unprofessional and disrespectful. The first time he fixed my car, he accused me of not taking good care of my car because my alignment was off. After my steering went out, I went in and he told me it would cost a certain amount. He then called me later telling me it would be more than what he had told me, so I asked for a discount. When I came in the next day to pick it up, he claimed he had given me a discount for misleading me, but I paid exactly what he had told me on the phone before he said he'd try to give me one. Not only did he mislead me in how much I would be paying, but he told me I was wrong when I mentioned him misleading me, and then lied to me about giving me a discount. I gave 2 stars because I can steer my car now, but you can honestly get the same services done elsewhere with a much more professional staff.

I have been going to C.J.s for years. The first time I went was after a catastrophe with my car. I blew my engine and someone put in a new engine incorrectly. I took my car to C.J.s on a recommendation from a friend. They not only took care of my car, but were able to do it in increments. Most important issues first and so on until all was well. They worked with me with my finances as well. Can't guarantee they still do, but they are great people and have always been fair. Where other places (dealer) have tried to get me to pay for expensive repairs, C.J.s has always given it to me straight. If it's important,they will make sure you know what needs to be done and why and options for repair. I recommend C.J.s to anyone looking for car repairs. You won't be sorry.
