I had an 8:30 AM appointment. Dr Kelly arrived about 8:30. Staff walked past me
from 8:30 to 8:50 and never said she was running late. At 8:50 I went to the front desk confirmed that my appt was for 8:30. Told the staff that I was leaving and that there customer service stunk! I won't be returning. I asked for my dental records when I left.
Had my teeth cleaned by Dr Wade December of 2015. He was rough and I had the most painful cleaning I have ever had that's why I went to see his daughter. Needless to say I won't be returning.

Dr. Wade unfortunately has the worst bedside manner. I think he needs to retire as he doesn't seem to be enjoying his career any longer. He does not explain what he is doing, grabs your mouth, stuffs it with whatever and moves on. He does not have an assistant and is very unorganized as he proceeds with his procedures. I appreciate that he accepts Insurances that most don't but all patients deserve quality care. I would not recommend this dentist if you have private insurance.

Dr. Wade shoved a swab in my mouth to numb it for the needle like he couldnt stand his job or I was just a piece of #@!#! Not even 10 seconds of having the swab jammed into my mouth he hit me with a needle hard. I mean he pushed it in. My face is bruised from his needle. Now Ive had work done on my teeth before, and have never been treated this way. Not only did i have to endure him grinding on my tooth, but there was no assistant to help either. He literally sucked my mouth clean maybe at most 4 times. After I got home, the tooth he worked on he chipped. This is a tooth that is right next to my two center upper teeth and can be seen. I will never go back to that place ever again. This guy must hate his job, or just love hurting people. I wish I would have read these reviews before I went in.

It used to be ok here. Then they let my hygienist go and she was really good. I start getting a series of phone calls constantly changing my appointment. About 5 calls at least from someone with the worst phone manners ever. So I gave up and have moved on. My husband kept his appointment. The only good thing that came of that was we never got a bill. This place has been on the decline for years. My new dentist said I was the third patient in 3 weeks to switch over.

The vibe I got in the waiting room is this mostly for low income Medicaid patients. The waiting room was decorated and furnished by Goodwill. Maybe they were just having a bad day.

Classic case of someone asleep at the wheel. The 1970s called, they want their dental office back. Goofus and Gallant jumped out of the Highlights magazine, shook hands, and are not coming back. Be afraid, very afraid.

Dr. Wade is horrible, has an attitude and has a terrible bedside manner. Supposedly did a cleaning in less than 10 minutes, wasn’t able to communicate what needed to be done, and talked to us in a derogatory tone!

Worst dentist that I have ever been to. Seemed to have an attitude. Rude and inconsiderate. This guy made me feel like I was wasting his time. What a jerk!

I have seen both Dr. Wade and Dr. Kelly and they both have impressed me. I value their knowledge and care as my dental provider. I would definitely recommend them to others.

I just had my regular 6 month check-up with my hygienist Barb. She is the best hygienist that has ever cleaned my teeth. She's very thorough and very gentle. She cares about my dental health and also asks about how myself and my family. Everyone in the office goes out of their way to be kind and respectful to all their patients.

rated negative 100 very bad bedside manner if you say you are in pain or you are choking they say no you are not and keep working,,,,i went in there to get two teeth out and he decided to take out two more that did not need removed and when he did that he chipped away at the fillings in the teeth around the ones he polled so now they have to be polled.The big one is he did ,one tooth drilled up in to my sinus cavity and chiped my front tooth from the base of it so it had to get pooled this happen'd three years ago and i still can not go swimming with out getting a pounding headache ,so i went in for two teeth and not i get to have almost all removed from his work ,so all of you have good luck and do stay away from him .

My family have been going to this dentist for a year now.I was impressed the first time I went, which I had Dr.Kelly.The second time I had Dr.Wade,bad move!!!! I needed a tooth pulled and it took 2 hours because he was looking for a nerve that wasn't there. Not to mention the fact that everytime I said I could fill pain he acted as though I was lying,trust me I know the difference between pressure and pain.

DO NOT go to this dentist! I was suppose to have the daughter and kept getting the father who needs to retire or something. Every tooth that he didn't yank out without asking me has broken off if he's worked on it. Not to mention that I almost always waited in the waiting area until about an hour after my appointment time.

All I can say is wow! On my first visit the staff was very uninviting. They rushed me to the exam room with my coat on and clip board. Half way through the paperwork the hygentist wanted to start to clean my teeth. (it seemed like she did a good job) Then here comes the "dentist" with a mask on says "hi" counts my teeth and walks out of the room. With my coat, clipboard in hand they sent me on my way. Very poor customer service, no tooth brush etc.. like they did me a favor. I'll never go back. Thumbs down!
