I was introduced to this place by my doctor from west Bloomfield. I've been trying to get into novi branch for the past 5 months. Every time I made an appointment, they cancel without notifying me. They never call or leave voicemail to let me know to reschedule. Their customer service is the worst I've ever known. It's now over 5 months and it's very disappointing they continue to do this.

I Love this place. I thought I was losing my mind with itch and pain when I got back from vacation. In an emergency situation, as a new patient, they got me in right away, Dr. R. Kerwin saw me, saw that I was breaking down from lack of sleep, 15 hours total in 4 days, was kind, considerate, caring and took care of me asap. I had 80-100 sand flea bites on both legs that were a nightmare. He got me all fixed up and I am forever grateful. I needed a new Dermatologist and now I have one.

I have been a patient of Dr. Merkle's for well over 10 years now, and I have to say she is just the best. Although I admit she is very busy and sometimes runs behind, it's her kind and caring demeanor that wins me over every time. I have also seen Dr. Cetner, and I would highly recommend him as well. He works in Commerce and W. Bloomfield.
