No one EVER answers the telephone! This is very frustrating when trying to locate a valuable package! ANSWER THE TELEPHONE!!!!!

My biggest question is why you can not find a number to call to discuss any issue with UPS. After so many calls to we can't help you with that or would you like to order supplies it makes me wonder how does ups stay in business.

I have a package that was delivered to a wrong address and can't get any help from the Customer (I don't) Care Center. I have called a dozen times and let it ring 30 times and no one will answer the phone. I have to call the Main UPS line to have them contact the Customer Care Center to contact me.

Worst Experience, if at all possible avoid ever doing business with UPS, Lost packages, found packages, lost packages, then called and said they found them, when I drove back 40 miles one way to get them, they couldn't find them again. I still have not received my packages. I will never us UPS again.

Totally crazy Want to deliver a package between 8 am and 7pm. Last delivery I had no note left for 1st visit, missed 2nd delivery due to my dog(their excuse). Last delivery- if not here will send back Don't know why anyone would use UPS

Sadly, the same comment that was written over four years ago is still true: nobody answers the phone when trying to call them. It also doesn't help that they're closed on Saturdays and Sundays. While that is not reason enough for a 1-star rating, not answering the phone at the listed number is poor practice.

Arranged for pickup at the customer center with a UPS rep who gave me a 30 minute window to pick up my package. Was told after I arrived that the driver had just left with my package, and maybe I could get it the next day. The same thing was told to 2 other people while I was there. Pathetic.

Had them hold a package that came in 3 boxes (1 tracking number 3 packages). Got the conformation that the packages were being held and waiting for me to pick them up. When I got there I had to wait 15 min for the clerk to finish with the people before me and when it was my turn I found out that they only held 2 of my packages! The most important one was out for delivery and I was leaving for the weekend!! It didn't help that the woman behind the counter was rude and had zero sympathy for my dilemma. No apologies what so ever. Not so much as an, "Up yours!" as I left the building without my main package.
