Mark Uteg represented me in a case that I did not think I needed an attorney for but I was in a pinch and he immediately was available to take my case. I was arrested for a DUI. Mark was very understanding and through a lot of hard work he was able to win my case for me. After I had an accident with a police officer The cop was at fault but claimed he was on a call and had his lights and siren on which was not true Mark worked on finding the records that finally exonerated me after a years worth of going to court he presented a case that was so impressive that the judge took one look at the police who had investigated the accident and threw the case out. Mark works for his clients and is as good as he says he is a five star recommendation is not enough for this Lawyer

After my arrest for dui I contacted some friends for a referral. Uteg was highly recommended by several people as well as a bar manager. Not only did I avoid the installation of an expensive breath device in my family car, I was found not guilty after trial. Uteg's bill was actually less than the fines/ costs and fees associated with the alcohol treatment classes. I learned a valuable lesson- if a cop smells alcohol on your breath, he's going to expect you to perform stunts that neither of you can pass. Even though I was sobor, I was arrested. When I asked to speak with a lawyer before blowing, the cop said "no". He then told the judge I refused the test! My advise is to take a cab ifyou've had anything to drink; don't perform tricks on a highway like a circus clown, and call Uteg after you bond out.
