She mainly focuses on deep tissue work, Myofascial release, as well as cupping for those who need/want it. But if a nice relaxation treatment is more what you are after, she is happy to provide that as well! Stephanie hopes to add to her skill set by taking the Rapid Neurofascial Reset courses in the next year or so.
