They charge you for fee's covered by your dental insurance. When you question them on the bill they tell you to pay it or no service. This then goes through a grievance which you win which takes months.

Great practice!

I love the practice! Not sure what the other persons complaints are about, a bit unrealistic... at any place of employment people come and go including dentist, however I have been a patient of record for 3 1/2 years and I have the same dentist. The office is clean, state of the art- and the staff is knowledgeable.. it's a dental practice you see maybe 2x a year.. SO in all my years I never had an issue with care. There has been a time I have called and left a message,and I didn't get a call back, but it wasn't really that important, no emergency or anything... but with it being such a large practice I understand they may not be able to call every single person back, but if its important, I just call back and speak to someone. I understand they are busy. They are busy because people love the office... I think the fact is they care - take time to explain treatment and give help to you if you need to make a payment plan. I think they are great! I highly reccommend the practice

The girls at the reception desk are rude. They do not listen to what you are trying to say as they just want to get you off the phone. When you call for an appointment you get a recording that "they will call you back." They NEVER do. I don't think they even check the recorder.The dentists come and go so you never have one who is familiar with you. Patients are treated like cattle. By the way this is the Wellington office even though they are listed as Belle Glade.1 week later, I am still trying to get an appointment as they will not return my call.
