Iâ??d love to see you perform at your best and win those scholarships. But Iâ??m not just here to be your biggest fan and cheerleader. Iâ??m here to help you discover the best way to take care of your body while in playing sports or engaging in any physical activity. Fatigue, recovery, and endurance are a few of the obstacles that I love to tackle to improve the game and life with the young adults I work with. Itâ??s also my goal that you feel seen, comfortable, and supported when we work together to unearth the answer, next step, or solution to the obstacles that youâ??re up against.
