Just had some storm damage to a very clean 2008 Cadillac performed by Gerber of Westfield Indiana. I don't intend to slander any one individual, but we worked with the General Manager at this location. This individual specifically pointed out 3 areas that they would take care of and repair. When we went to pick up the car, only one of the 3 areas were repaired. He then proceeded to state that what he meant by taking care of the 2 other areas was that he would clean them up... what? I can clean them up myself. So now, $1200.00 plus $500 deductible for a small 5" crease and the car still needs work that they obviously omitted as an oversight... and never admitting it. Never will use Gerber Collision in Westfield In. again! They were quick... said it would be a week. 2 days later it is supposedly ready, but only 1/2 way!

DO NOT USE!!! After getting the call "your car is done". I showed up to see that they didn't repair the front at all! To make matters worse... There was new damage -a dent above my tire's wheel well that was not there when I dropped off the car!!! I'm very upset and disgusted by this company who won't own up to their negligence. It's bad enough the deal with the stress of being sandwiched between two cars in an accident that is not your fault and to find more damage when you pick up you car that is not done. Choose a different vendor.

Wow what a mistake. The customer service is horrible. I addressed my concerns about the damage and they don't really seem to care. When my car was done I had to pick up after hours on a Friday. Paint was already peeling. I had orange peel throughout the paint. My whole car felt like sand paper. Some scratches on the car were never fixed. Sticky residue from their tape everywhere. The to top it all off my car has road noise and vibrations in pedals. The accident broke my strut in half and pushed the car to drive over a median. Their statement when I asked about bent suspension part was it aligned? My car is back in their shop to be "fixed". I wanted to write this review to help save someone else from this horrible company.

Unfortunately with three teenaged drivers, I've been to my share of auto body shops. Typically they are not the type of places I'm comfortable taking my wife or kids. And I admit that I'm not in the best mood when I have to have one of our cars repaired. I recently discovered that the Collison Cure in Westfield is not a typical body shop. When I first enterd the facility, I was met by a woman employee at a counter that appeared more like a concierge desk in an upscale hotel lobby. I was treated with respect and was very pleased with the quality of work performed. I have since recommended the shop to a friend and will not hesitate taking my damaged cars to the shop in th future. I just hope I don't HAVE TO visit any time soon!

After hitting a deer, I took my car to the Collision Cure in Westfield on the recommendation of a friend. What a wonderful experience. Clean, cozy atmosphere, friendly staff, easy process, quick repairs. Overall, the experience was completely painless and very quick. Also, whoever detailed my car before I got it back did an awesome job, which is no small feat b/c my dogs are often in the car with me. I highly recommend Collision Cure.

I have had two cars repaired at Collision Cure within the last 12 months. My experience was extremely positive. The estimate process was quick and efficient. The work was completed on time at the expected cost and the finished product(s) looked 'good as new'. The facility itself is impeccably clean which is reflected in the work that they do. I would, and have, recommended Collision Cure to others.

Having driven many makes and models, had my experience with body shops, I was most impressed with Collision Cure's facility and staff. The staff were polite, knowledgeable and shop was clean and organized. The work they do is exceptional. Highly recommend using their services.

Collision Cure is by far the cleanest, most impressive body shop ever! They have repaired MANY vehicles of ours and they look like new when complete. They always keep us informed along the process and make sure the car is clean inside and out when we pick it up!

Go someone, anywhere, else! I have never been given the run-around as much as this place. My car has been there for a month. They ordered used parts and were surprised to see they were damaged or did not fit my car. This happened 3 separate times. They found other "problems" with my car, even though my car was running PERFECTLY before it was hit by another car, only to tell me it wasn't caused by the accident and will need to be out-of-pocket. They have sent my car to two different places without telling me or letting me have the decision on whether it was a place I wanted. I was given 4 different pick-up times and dates only to have them fall through. I still don't have my car, so who knows how it even looks, but service alone is terrible. I do not recommend this place... unless you have a lot of time and money to spare.
