Process We are multi-disciplinary, land-use consultants devoted to excellence in the planning and design of outdoor spaces. We seek clients who are interested in our company as a collaborative partner \u0003in the design process. Our projects focus on the needs of our clients, the environmental constraint of the subject site and the local, state and federal regulations that affect the proposed design. The sustainable \u0003approach taken by RLA staff saves our clients time and money by limiting the permitting process and related site construction costs. Our knowledge of regulatory thresholds and established \u0003relationships with local, state and federal regulators provides our clients with a clear critical \u0003path and efficient design development process from concept to construction documentation \u0003and management.
