I moved from Los Angeles to Dallas last week and used Movers in Thousand Oaks for my move. This is my second time using this long distance mover and they did not disappoint me again. Customer service, price and quality- everything was great!

I just wanted to take a moment to recognize the excellent job of three of your movers. Three of your movers, Daniel, Francisco and Antonio, were the hardest working people I have ever seen. They have excellent work ethics and kept me informed every step of the way. They did so with great care and speed. A couple pieces were quite heavy, but your men took it in stride and got the job done. They loaded our 3 bedroom house into the truck so professionally and delivered it right on time. Movers treated our furniture as if it were their own and did not damage anything. Movers in Thousand Oaks should be commended for their work ethic. It is nice to know that there are still companies out there that care about customers and live up to their advertisements.

I would have gotten a lot more sleep last night if I knew my move today would go so smoothly. I was a little nervous about going with a moving company that was different than the one I used for my last move, but Emily was very re-assuring in our conversations prior to the move. On the actual moving day, Jerry and 2 other guys showed up, were very nice, and had me completely moved in about 3.5 hours (without breaking anything). Overall, what you get with Movers in Thousand Oaks is honesty and a customer- comes-first attitude. I felt really compelled to help the movers lift some items but was told to just kick back and relax. I didn't have to lift a single thing and the foreman made sure to consult me along the way. He also kept me in the loop timing wise which I also appreciated. I highly recommend this company and fully intend on using Movers in Thousand Oaks for my next move and have already referred a colleague of mine.

The movers worked from before 9 AM to after 8 PM in loading up two trucks, and yet still arrived for the delivery before 9 AM the next morning. This is the first review I have ever written for a service so bare with me. My husband Anthony and I just had our second and we decided to leave Dallas, TX and move to Thousand Oaks, CA. I was getting a little overwhelmed because we were selling the house, closing on the new house in CA, and taking care of the baby at the same time. I didn't want to have the move on my shoulders as well so we decided to use a full service moving company. When I called Movers in Thousand Oaks, I didn't even know which questions to ask. I have NEVER used a moving company before so I was unprepared. I spend over half an hour on the phone with Emily as she explained every single little detail about the move to me (at the end of the conversation I felt like I could run my own moving company, she literally explain how the move was going to happen from start to finish). When the movers came they wrapped and loaded everything in under 7 hours, I thought it was going to take them the entire day because I was moving a full three bedroom house. The final price came very close to the estimate (it was actually a few dollars under). They put everything into storage for me and I kept it there for 2 months because I still needed to close on the house. They delivered everything in the exact time frame they gave me, and when they unloaded everything and set it up in the new house I was so relived because there wasn't a scratch on ANYTHING. Everything came back exactly the way it left. I had already told my sister to move with them; and if I ever move again they are the only company I would trust to take my things.
