false advertising. if you call them out on it they say "oh well. im not gonna fix it and if you complain get outta my store." they will not sell you if you demand proper customer service.

Based on online reviews, I decided to give East West Hair a shot. I made an appointment with Ikuo for a cut and color. I got there about 20 minutes early, and Ikuo was ready to help me. He first offered me something to drink (water, tea). Then he cleaned his station and neatly lined the counter with plenty of magazines for me. He did exactly what I had asked for: dark brown color, kept my hair length with more layers in the front.



Keep in mind that they take cash only. My color and cut came out to $97--I was very happy. I'll definitely be going back to Ikuo again.

The manager hatzel will even try to threaten you with arrest if your a pleasant quite person she'll call you names and give you lectures all the while will always disrespect you.
