      Dr. Learsy is a Developmental and Behavioral Pediatrician located in New York, NY. She acquired her fellowship in Developmental and Behavioral Pediatrics at Yale Medical School. She is Board Certified in Developmental and Behavioral Child's Mental Health and is a Fellow of the American Academy of Pediatrics. Dr. Learsy practices at Child's Best, it is a new comprehensive model in developmental and behavioral pediatrics. Assessment for all areas of growth and mental health. Child’s Best was founded with the intention of providing families with private comprehensive developmental-behavioral and psychological evaluations and supportive services in order to help children with an array of developmental, behavioral or psychological disabilities or challenges. We believe in the importance of neurodiversity and are dedicated to finding research-based solutions to help children thrive. The doctors support your child and family through every aspect of finding solutions for your child’s challenges. Dr. Dawn Learsy, M.D., practice slow medicine when it comes to conducting comprehensive evaluations to determine an appropriate diagnosis. Our slow medicine process set Child’s Best apart from other practices because we work step by step to fully understand the child and the family rather giving diagnosis after a single meeting with parent and child.
