      i.e If your washing machine breaks down do not call these guys. My machine broke last week. Called Westport Appliance. $230 later the washing machine was fixed or so I thought. The next load of laundry I had the same problem, a tub of water. Called again for service. I was told they would get a hold of the tech. Called the office again, was told they were still trying to reach the tech. Waited all day, finally at 4PM the office called and said they could schedule an appointment for a week from today sometime between 12 and 5. Isn't that great, their repair screws up, costs me $230 and I'm left with no washing machine and a tub full of water for a week hoping they show sometime between 12 and 5. Do yourself a favor, don't call these guys.

      My 4year old Bosch dishwasher just stopped working mid cycle. Come to find out the original installer (someone else) did not properly attach the wires and they burned. It actually was a dangerous situation. The technician from Westport Appliance Repair was knowledgeable and solved the problem quickly. He could have easily taken advantage of the situation and made it a more expensive repair...I wouldn't have known...but he was honest and the job was far less expensive than I imagined. He showed me the burned wires and explained what he needed to do.I am very picky and I would not hesitate to call them if I ever need service on any appliance.Very trustworthy.

      These guys are GREAT! They solved a problem with my washer that four other companies could not, and they did it in one visit! A&E (Sears in disguise) came to my house three times charged me way too much money and never fixed the washer and I'm fighting with those jerks to get a refund. Three other appliance repair companies couldn't figure out the problem either, they left and then would not return my calls. I highly recommend Westport Appliance Repair Service for their Professional and affordable service and I would be confident in recommending them to my family friends and neighbors
