They are so helpful here! The manager jusr gave my son a FREE case for his skylander characters!!! Everytime we come here we get a free character!!! I would recommend this store to any gamer!!!

Never had a problem with returns or non-working games. They have always done a store refund if not able to find the exact thing I wanted. Always willing to download and help with them too. They had 3ds sitting around that connect with tons of people.

i.e., A local favorite, or highly recommended because This is my favorite game store. The employees here all know their video games and are very helpful. V, the manager of this store, is always willing to answer questions and help the customer find what they are looking for. On top of great help, they also have a fantastic selection of games and movies. Whether you are buying or selling, this is the best game store in Colorado.

These guys are FABULOUS! I've had to re-buy copies of games not well-cared for by my grandsons and NOT spend a fortune on them. They're VERY accommodating and share information on availability, even if it's not w/them. They pretty much keep up on availability of games and are ALWAYS very polite and professional. Today's associate, Corry, was VERY, VERY helpful on the phone and in person, when we arrived to purchase yet another copy of Game Cube Metroid Prime. Y'all ROCK!!!!

They refused to give a refund when they could not deliver a game console. they insisted i buy a game to go with the console, and when the console did not arrive, insisted then it was nonrefundble. pointing out you cant even play the game without the console didnt matter to them. i am now out $548.74. contacting the manager did nothing.
