General Info

Mulligan Heating Inc. has been in the Heating and Cooling business since 1955 when it was founded by Kirwan Mulligan in Union Lake, Michigan. At that time, it was a one-man operation. Over the next decade and a half, the company prospered and in 1971 moved to its current location in White Lake, Michigan. Kirwan's two sons, Mike and Pat went on to take over the family business in 1978 and would run it for the next 40 years. During their ownership, the business grew and expanded to service much of Southeast Michigan. In November 2018, the company was passed on to Jason Mulligan, a third-generation owner, and longtime employee, Edward Rhue. Currently, the company has many skilled and certified installers and service technicians, along with friendly office staff to accommodate all of our customers' needs.
