Neighbors Home Care Services is a Licensed Home Care Services Agency (LHCSA) that serves almost 400 clients annually. All our aides and nursing staff are fully insured and certified to perform a wide range of services. Neighbors Home Care Services mission since 1983 has been to provide Compassionate, Comprehensive and Customized home care services for elderly, frail and disabled individuals living in Westchester County so that they can stay in their own homes as long as possible.
