These guys just came out again to fix a few minor repairs. One by a resident that parked on his new driveway in our condo complex earlier than he was supposed to. His big truck left tire marks, but they came out and fixed for free. Can't say enough good things about these guys. Showing up early, cleaning up their mess afterwards, and working until the job was done everyday.

A 1 did a great job. They were there the day they said, gave me a reminder call about moving my vechicles out of the driveway.

They made sure that there was no over spray on my grass area.

I watch them clean off the dirt and did a edging along the drive.

The crew was very polite. I ask if I could be put on the call list to remind me of the next time this is needed, one less thing for me to remember. I have recomended them to my customers and I would recomend that you call them. They are great!

A1 Asphalt Maintenance has been sealing my driveway for years. They have the best customer service that i have experienced. They were quick with getting to my home to get a estimate done for me , very reasonable for the work they do. I have nice brick pavers and stamp concrete work surrounding my driveway and they have never splashed with sealer or got the hot tar on anything at my home except the driveway its self. They keep the sealer on the surface, not in the grass,on my sidewalk or garage door or split in the road, which i have experienced with other company's. When i have had any questions regarding my driveway, they have seemed to have the proper knowledge to educate meet on how asphalt works and how to protect it from oil,gas, and the oxidation from the sun as well as the benefits of adding silica sand to the asphalt sealer mixture. They provided me with a full documentation of there workman's compensation and liability insurance as well as spec sheets for the products that they use. i would never recommend anyone but A1 Asphalt maintenance to service any of your home or business parking lot needs. They are a step above the rest and made me feel as if they were working on there own home with the amount of professionalism and dedication to achieving my overall satisfaction.
