This company tested me for a state agency that I would not like to mention and said I was positive even though I was on prescription drugs. They used some little test test thing right there in my house. My lawyer had me go the same day to another drug testing place and get another test. It took about three days but a doctor called me and ask about my prescriptions. The drug testing company called me the next day and said I could pick up my results which showed negative. They said the test done for the state should have had a second test done at a lab because it was required by the FDA I think is what they said. Any way I feel that this company shpuld be more aware of the regulations even if they are tsting for state. This can really hurt a person to be falsely accused like that.The second testing place also told me that drug testing places are not regulated by the state so pretty much anybody can do drug testing.. I do not want to list my name since CPS might make things difficult.
