Sorry to have to do this..but people should know. .they are great at selling and personable..until you need something.here us what happened to me. On July 28th enter office to cancel my renters and whole life policy..had to make a phone call to the office 2 weeks later to check and was told by owner that it was processed..snd I asked about whole life also and he said yes..on August 19 had to go in person to the office to check on whole life policy again..I was yold yhey forgot to type it up and fax..the problem with that lie eould be a tpyed copy would not have my signature on it..ok do that day it was typed and I signed again. Welcome today September the 3rd..headed to the office again to check on it because I called September 2nd and was suppose to get a return phone call but did not. Would not recommend this agent at all.
