I loooove atb.!! Been tannin here 2 years n ive had nothin but great customer service n a sexy tan :) theyve never tried to trick me into buying something or charge more money then they should. They def have the best beds in town. I would recommend to anybody.!

I really like tanning here. I like that it is a cool environment, I like the membership options just like my gym. It makes it easier for me to pay monthly and then come and tan whenever I want rather than having to pay every time. Plus it is cool they always have some special on lotion, i hate how some places no one ever knows anything about the products but here everyone knows there stuff.

Poor customer care. During what was suppose to be a brief 20 minute tour and account sign-up, my 45 minute visit was nothing but fast-talking sales pitches filled with customers needing to be checked-in, beds wiped, calls answered, etc. They really should have more than one person working the place at a time. What's worse is the corporate office customer care line representatives. They seem like sweet young girls, but there's really NOTHING they can do they say once you've signed your contract and exceeded the 24 hour cancellation deadline. :( So DON'T SIGN ANYTHING unless you are able to cancel in 24 hours or you know you definitely want to be committed to a 13 month contract. They use a finance company called Aspen Acceptance, you are legally signing a contract folks - they have a collections dept. Know what you're getting into!

I love this store! The employees are so sweet. I have often walked in feeling down and stressed out after work, and always seem to leave with a smile on my face. I have to say that I actually really enjoy having a tanning membership. I have found it to be a very convenient way to tan and have saved a lot of money doing so.

Customer service is HORRIBLE! It does no god to talk to management due to them being part of the problem. Employees are always on their cell phones, spray tan is usually broken and exercise machines are frequently broken! BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE.

BUYER BEWARE!!!! 9 months after my contract has expired, they are still strying to illegally withdraw funds from my account...they keep telling me to continue to tan until they get it straightened out...it takes them over 90 days to refund your money (SO FAR HAVE ONLY SEEN 1 REFUND OUT OF 9 MONTHS DUE) and in the meanwhile continue to try to withdraw more......The customer service is awful (twice when I was in two of the girls were arguing/fighting and refused to wait on customers....it was the 'other one's' turn), the bulbs are weak or only every other one is on, and the beds are usually not completely cleaned. AGAIN, BUYER BEWARE!!!!!!!!!!! There are many more options for tanning here in Wichita that are not only less expensive, but clean and courteous.

DON'T DO IT!! Financed contracts for a freakin tan? Rude employees and corporate office, dirty stores that aren't maintained. Go where you don't have a contract!

At the Beach was one of the worst establishments I have ever been to. I went there for an emergency tan one day and just wanted to do a one time deal. I was charged 12 dollars for 10 minutes, the lock on my door was broken, and my radio was broke. When I asked for a new room and bed, the girl told me that every room was full...I looked outside and there was only one car there...mine. It was just aweful.
