I had this company come out and spray my house for spiders (brown recluse). Two to three weeks later I was still seeing spiders everywhere! I called another company and the spiders were nowhere to be seen for a year! I called the this exterminator for my annual spraying due to the fact we were seeing spiders again. I thought that I had called the second company but when the day came Reclusinator showed up. I thought that perhaps it would work this time around especially since we weren’t seeing the same number of spiders as before.
Although he appeared to do a decent job spraying the area, I never saw a decline in the spiders. It’s been three or four weeks now, and the spiders are terrible. My boyfriend called him (because the entire time he was spraying the house he was telling me how woman were evil according to the bible) and the boyfriend told him that we were still now seeing a ridiculous amount of spiders. He was told that there was no way that the company would do a re-spraying and especially due to our location (outside of Wichita). The conversation with him was just excuse filled. “the rain has caused an increase in the spider movements”, ”they only went away last time because your house will always take two treatments”, “the treatment you paid for comes with NO guarantee but I’ll be happy to set you up on an annual contract and come out and spray every three months if you would rather pay for that”, “I can tell by your voice that your wanting a free treatment but I’m not going to come out there for free.” I really felt like he had pre-made excuses, and was very rude to my boyfriend. I am giving this company a 1 star because I am unable to give them 0.

We had Brown Reclusinator spray our entire house, attic, and crawl space, and got a yard treatment. We have seen a drastic improvement! He's very personable and professional. We are highly satisfied with the job done, and would recommend it to others! We will definitely be getting our house sprayed by him again!

Last year we moved into a new house. We soon saw many spiders in the basement and we called Flint (as he had sprayed our previous house) They checked our new house and we found we had several unwanted pests that Flint talked to us about. He is very informative and explains why certain methods are best. The spider population needless to say went way down!! I check out our traps periodically to keep them in check, that is why I just made a call to Flint to come out and spray again this year. He is very profession .

Had Brown Reclusinator out to spray for what bugs me and he did a great job. Very personable and did a great job of hitting all those spots spiders like to play hide and seek.
