My experience here was anything but good and happy. The only reason I'm even giving it a two star rating is because the receptionist was friendly, and I happened to find my dress, no thanks to the staff. So upon walking in with my scheduled appointment, everything was good. The reception lady was super friendly and relative. then she directed us to the staff person Chrissy, who we'd be working with. She right away tried taking me to, wedding dresses, I let her know again, no I'm traveling to another country having an impromptu ceremony and don't want anything fancy, so more a bridesmaids dress. I gave her the note I had wrote down with the dresses I liked online and the style #'s. She completely ignored those and said here look at what we have on these racks. Trying to push me to go fancier and over what I was looking to spend. So my friend and I got to looking. Found some and went to try on. We also found one of the dresses I was looking for from the website. But it was on clearance rack. No biggie to me, since like I said, impromptu, not wanting anything fancy. perfect. The lady took the dresses and said here is your room. Set us up. I tried on a few, wasn't liking them, tried the one I originally saw from the website and I loved it. I truly did, it was just a little tight in the hips. Chrissy happened to walk by the room and asked if we were at that moment. I said actually I was wondering if you had one size up on this. she immediately said no, you got that on clearance right? that's all we have but I'll check. Comes back 30 seconds later and tells my friend nope we don't have it. My friend says I'm going to go check. What do you know. She comes back with the size I was looking for. I also tried on several other dresses and needed change of sizes in some and thank goodness my friend was with me because after that I didn't see Chrissy again. My friend had to go get the different sizes herself and help me out. In the end I went with my original decision, the one I wanted to begin with. Even though the consultant obviously didn't want me to, cause ya know I wasn't spending a lot. Then after I was done and walking up to reception to let her know I wanted this dress, that's when Chrissy stopped us and said so did you find one. And finished out the sale. Technically she didn't even finish. She took me up to reception and said here she will get what you need. Had I not been on a time constraint, I would have ordered the dress myself online and been done with this store.

The store was very busy, but they still found time to squeeze me in to try on bridal gowns. This is the place to go if you are very budget conscious. But, they are still of great quality.
