Will not be back and would never recommend unfortunately. I really wanted to be satisfied $46 for an 11 year olds hair cut because she has long hair is pretty crazy. $36 great because that is what your website said I would be paying not $36+. I was willing to have a good attitude about the appointment mix up earlier in the day but the $10 surcharge because she has long hair kinda ruined the good attitude about your business moment. She was in the chair for 30 minutes.

I love it here. The stylists are artists with hair and I wouldn't go anywhere else. Their massage memberships are a great deal and they have the best therapists. Sometimes I just wish I could live there and never leave!

It was a very good massage. Juan knows what he is doing. The salon is gorgeous and the food at O'Naturals is to die for!!!!!!! Thanks so much for the great experience. I'll be back!

I like to be able to work out and the desk calls me when they're ready. I love my hair. They're very professional and attentive

two words: RUN AWAY! i work out at the club that the salon is located at so i figured to try it out. front desk was helpful but it fell apart after that. color was horrible there were missed spots everywhere and the highlights were fried. then the girl (who was talking about her relationship problems the entire time) cut way more off than i asked and when i got home i realized it was uneven and choppy. i was horribly mistaken thinking this was a good salon.

I was an intern here for massage and being in and around the salon business for many years, customer service is always a priority. At Salon Knotty i found that the staff is knowledgable in there work and work as a team as best they can. They are eager to work with you to acheive the goals you want. (they won't let you walk out looking like a crazy!) They are always willing to fix problems and strive not to make any. They a have good cosmotologists and massage therapist. Although the salon is in a health club you have to admire what they've acheive with what they had!!

Owner is rude to her clients...constantly talks about HERSELF, doesn't care about who's sitting in the chair.

Communication is the key...they spent time with me so that we both knew what I wanted and what I would be getting. I have referred many friends because I get so many compliments . I also buy gift cars.

The cut was good but do not go there for color or highlights!!! I went in wanting natural subtle highlights for my medium brown hair and came out with brassy blond chunky streaks!!! I complained and so she went to add some color to the highlights and they came out more of a reddish dirty blond... soooo not subtle. Instead of frying my hair I decided to go else where and use an at home gentle color to cover it up until I grew out the mistake.I have yet to find a decent hair dresser here since moving here a year ago. So frustrated!!! Everyone seems to have the same backwoods techniques and capable of following directions or pictures!

I had not used a Wichita hairdresser since moving here, so I was very anxious, so much that I went in for a consultation before I would make an appointment. I came in to refresh my long brown curls with a weave. I was told this involved a "highlight" and "lowlight" in addition to my natural color. I picked out a flax color for the highlight, approved a color for the lowlight, and came in the next day for an appointment. At the appointment, I ended up with something totally different than we had planned. She colored over all my natural color, and she used a brazen red color for the highlight instead of flax. When I complained, the hairdresser used a comb-through weave of ash to tone down the red. It still looked horrible I complained again. She blamed me for the poor color, saying "You weren't letting me choose the colors." I eventually was forced to go to another city and have the bad hair fixed by color correction speciali

Salon Knotty is not a one time experience. It is a part of my routine.
