      PLACE IS DIRTY AND RUN DOWN. SOME SERVERS ARE RUDE AND UNFRIENDLY.

      Could be a nice little place if the owner would spend the money to provide some decent and much needed seating on the front patio, clean the interior ,exterior,and hire some friendly help But he won't. It will remain 3rd rate.
