Here are a few of our specialties: Pilates, GYROKINESIS and GYROTONIC classes, Rossiter System workouts, private training sessions, group training sessions, duet couple's training sessions, and fitness workshops. You'll love our brand new studio located on West Central here in Wichita. Stop by to check out our top-of-the-line Pilates gear, GYROKINESIS workout machines, and an invigorating atmosphere you'll have to feel to believe. Here's a little about the two ladies behind Vitality: Aliesa George and Amie Ross. Aliesa George is a 35-year Pilates and fitness training veteran, and she's the woman who first introduced Pilates to the Wichita marketplace over 20 years ago. She's a PMA-Certified Pilates Teacher with top certifications in personal training, group fitness, and the Rossiter System style of workouts. Amie Ross began her Pilates practice in 1998 after a severe car accident left her in need of an alternative treatment to pain. As such, she knows the ins and outs of how healthy movement can truly improve health and wellness. In 2009, she set out to become a Pilates instructor, with a goal of opening her own studio. Since then, she's achieved certification in GYROTONIC and GYROKINESIS methods, as well as Xtend Barre and Pilates training certifications. Need more information about Vitality Pilates and Fitness?
