Today was the second time I had my son in the office for a visit. The first time was his very first visit back in March 2017. Being that he is a 5 year old child I assumed I would be going in with him to meet the dentist and go through his first check up. I was advised that parents are not allowed back with their child. I did not agree with this and was brought to a small room with 3 chairs and all the person did was look at my son's teeth for like a minute. I was told my next visit with him my son would only be seen without me. So today we had an emergency visit with them and I was told that they would get xrays of his teeth and then bring me back with him to see what the problem tooth is doing. They lied! Treated him and never came for me until he was done! I was furious! I was told to find a new dentist as parents are not allowed back to the room during treatment and they are tired of my requests to come back with him. This is insane!!! Disrespectful and unprofessional. I was handed his xray and told he is fine. Did not see the dentist and I have no idea what was done to my son besides an xray. I have never heard of such a thing in my life!!

My daughter came up there with my granddaughter for a check up on monday at 1PM You were supposed to do x-rays and you didn't instead you were checking her hair and you said she had lice the eggs in her hair she didn't have any in her hair it was dandruff her hair was checked by a doctor she don't have it she will not be returning your service was unsatisfactory i should get a lawyer use where wrong I'm not referring nobody to you I'm letting everbody know. about what you did to my granddaughter.
