The Lorelton, located in Wilmington, Del., offers a range of services to elderly residents. The institution provides wellness checks, a nurse call system, 24-hour individualized personal hygiene assistance, assisted medication management, 24-hour licensed nurse care, transportation to local physicians and respite care. It also features kitchens or kitchenettes in every apartment and washers and dryers. The apartments offer cable televisions and are individually thermostatically controlled. The Lorelton offers home-cooked meals and snacks to residents and organizes Sunday brunches. It also has a full-time activities department that organizes a variety of events. Additionally, the institution offers an arts department, computer room, library, hair salon and social lounges.

The Lorelton feels so "homey". I moved here 5 years ago with my wife. The staff were very helpful when she was ill and we had such a nice spatious apartment. When she died, I moved to a smaller apartment and still enjoy living at The Lorelton.

I'm so pleased with the friendliness of the staff at The Lorelton. It was not easy for my mother to make a move, but it has proven to be a positive change for her.

The Lorelton cared for my mother. We were more than pleased with the care and the friendly staff. We were so pleased we designated The Lorelton for memorial gifts when my mother passed away. If you're considering senior apartments or care, The Lorelton is a must see!

The Lorelton has been so kind to my mother. I have a great peace of mind knowing that she has her needs taken care of by the lovely staff there.

I moved to The Lorelton with my wife a few years ago, and continue to live there after her passing. I tell everyone who tours The Lorelton, "You'll love it here". It really is a great place to live. Everyone is so friendly.
