TOTALLY RECOMENDED! Dr Redden and her team are very knowledgable, personable and friendly. The Wilmington office runs efficiently and effectively with very little or no wait time. If you are having an unforeseen problem they get you in ASAP. The new, modern tools used are great, making fillings a whole lot easier for sensitive patients.

Wonderful experience. The office is fully paperless, the people are cheerful and engaging. My last dentist (a "spa" in Chadds Ford) was always trying to sell me something. New Concept will fix what is wrong (if there is something wrong), or provide efficient and professional family dentistry.

I have been going to New Concept Dental since I moved to DE 3 years ago. Although I have moved further from their office in Wilmington, I wouldn't think of switching to another dentist. This is the most professional, friendly and comfortable dentist office I've ever set foot in. Everyone from the girls who handle the phones, the billing staff, the hygienists and the exceptional dentists are just tip top. I truly think that Dr. Fay has handpicked a wonderful team and it shows from the moment you call to make your first appointment. They are always up front about procedures, plans, options, clarifying what to expect from your insurance; it's all just a completely refreshing pleasure. It is so nice to know what to expect, to be treated so well; and to know that you are going to be met with an on time appointment and lots of smiling faces every time you have go to the dentist.

I highly recommend New Concept Dental. My family started going there because I wanted a gentle doctor with a good bedside manner for my 2 children (8 and 11 yr) and we are very happy with Dr Usmani. The office staff is super friendly and great. Valerie at the front desk has a great personality and Patti the hygenist is thorough, sweet and very gentle with the cleanings. The best part though is how modern the office is from the way they handle paperwork to the state of the art equipment they use to make going to the dentist more comfortable and enjoyable. We travel about 35 min. from Pennsylvania to go for our appointments...so they probably says it all !

I was "shopping" for the right dentist with the TLC that I needed, well guess what, this is the place. From the first call when my tooth broke and I started to panic, until I was seen, worked on and got my crown the SAME DAY(!!!), this group was caring and compassionate to MY needs and MY concerns. What a great group of people!!

I HATE the dentist and was sick to my stomach just walking in the office. The girls at the front desk made me feel comfortable from hello. The hygienst was awesome and explained everything to me that she was doing, in a fashion that I understood. The doctor did a complete exam and answered all my questions. As I was checking out I was given a full treatment plan that outlined what needed to be done and my cost. They are a very thorough and efficient group. My family will all be transferring to this office. I think anyone that tried this office would be thrilled.
