Henry Temple, MD, PC Gynecology Suite);I have been a licensed physical therapist for 24 years and provide one-on-one physical therapy for Women's Health/ Pelvic Floor dysfunction and other musculoskeletal issues using a combination of hands-on "manual therapy" (including John Barnes' Myofascial Release techniques), targeted therapeutic exercises, and patient education regarding self-care/ home management strategies including individualized home exercise program instruction. I also provide wellness physical therapy treatments including Myofascial Release and CranioSacral Therapy.
